3-Day Service Guarantee

Thank you for choosing CSSW for your computer service needs.  At CSSW we understand the importance of fast, accurate computer repairs.  That is why we have adopted the 3 – Day Service Guarantee.  We guarantee your computer will be fixed in 3 days, or you will receive 10% off your bill for each day it is not done.  Of course, there will be times when circumstances beyond our control will delay your repairs and we will be unable to complete your computer in 3 days.  The 3 – Day Service Guarantee exemptions are listed below:

 

 

  • Systems must be checked in before 12:00pm in order to count as a day in service.  For example, a computer is checked in at 11:00am on Monday.  We guarantee it will be ready for pick-up by 5:00pm on Thursday.  A computer is checked in at 1:00pm on Monday.  We guarantee it will be ready for pick up by 5:00pm on Friday.
  • The 3-Day Service Guarantee does not include weekends or holidays, business days only.
  • Systems requiring special order parts, or parts we do not have in stock, are not covered under the 3-Day Service Guarantee.
  • The clock stops on 3-Day Service Guarantee if we are waiting for a call back from the customer.  The clock also stops if we are waiting for restore disks or other equipment from the customer.
